Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued within the first 7 days of the product arrival at the clients home.

Shipping costs on all returns going back to the Medina Rugs warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages or packages not returned to the address below may result in a 20% service fee.

Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s). Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled.

* REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RUGS RETURNED DAMAGED OR SOILED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN ONE WEEK AFTER THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED MAY BE REFUSED.

No refunds on Closeout Items and Special Orders.
